QUESTIONS FOR THE MOON

1. If fonks are “under control,” why do they keep happening?

You’re insightful enough to catch the subtlety here. “Control” typically means oversight, containment, predictability. So when creatures under so-called observation seem to spread freely across a happy-go-lucky population, a discerning mind naturally wonders if monitoring or containment are happening at all, or if it’s simply a comforting phrase used by the Moon.

2. Why are fonks so quiet and still?

Most people would shrug off these two “harmless” traits of the typical free-roaming fonk. But there is a pattern, known to those who have studied The Art of War. Haven’t we all wondered at times why fonks don’t appear to ever move or make a sound? Of course, there could be reasonable explanations. One explanation is that it is strategy, one to lure us into oblivious complacency. Do we know that fonks won’t suddenly start to move? When that day comes, we will be truly fonked.

3. If The Moon’s “fonk sancturary” is coming, why do we see no signs of it?

We can see for ourselves progress as well as the lack of it. Natural intelligence spots the difference between reassurance and information. Steady words without steady evidence can mean delays, or confusion, or disagreements behind the scenes. To back up the claims of progress, all that the Moon has produced are unanswered questions.

Every day, the number of Fonks grows, as do the discerning minds not willing to be duped by platitudes. Where is the sanctuary, Moon?
